SIGN OR DRAW? – guided tour with workshop
duration: 90 minutes
target: Primary SchoolExplore the inseparable relationship between line and drawing in Japanese graphic tradition, from ukiyo-e prints to 19th-century newspapers and contemporary Manga. Children experiment with different drawing tools to understand how a drawing is created.
NATURE: A UNIVERSE OF SYMBOLS - interactive guided tour
duration: 90 minutes
target: Upper Primary School (Grades 4–5), Lower Secondary School. Nature has long represented a universe of symbols. Participants collect elements during the visit to create their own symbolic natural alphabet, exploring recurring motifs like flowers, birds, waves, and the moon across different eras.
SPEAKING IMAGES - guided tour with workshop
duration: 90 minutes
target: Lower and Upper Secondary SchoolExplore the evolution of Japanese graphic communication through line, color, and balance between words and images. Students create collective autobiographical posters using various printing and painting techniques.
JOURNEY THROUGH JAPANESE GRAPHICS – guided tour duration: 75 minutes
target: Upper Secondary School
Observe the transformation of Japanese graphic language from the Edo period floating images to contemporary Manga, understanding historical and cultural influences and the development of a unique, recognizable visual language.

Who is “Senza titolo”?
- For over 15 years, Senza titolo has been designing and managing educational and cultural mediation services for exhibitions, museums, and cultural and school institutions across Italy. It creates and implements educational programs aimed at fostering active engagement with cultural heritage for diverse audiences. The projects developed by Senza titolo are based on in-depth study of the heritage and are structured around educational activities that emphasize dialogue, active participation, and the personal and shared reinterpretation of cultural experiences. Senza titolo is an accredited MIUR organization and, since 2020, has been organizing training courses for teachers and museum educators nationwide. Specifically, it focuses on art and cinema education as interdisciplinary tools to explore subjects such as contemporary history, civic education, and citizenship education, within an inclusive, multicultural, and international perspective. Quality, scientific rigor, effective mediation, professionalism, competence, and experience of its staff are at the core of Senza titolo’s work. The organization actively collaborates with the institutions it serves through research and experimentation aimed at redefining and enhancing the educational role of museums and cultural sites, fostering knowledge and experiences in connection with the local community.
