Sound vibrates, communicates and expresses, reaches, attracts, harmonises and fulfils desires, gives strength, unites and heals. It has the power to drive away demons and evil.
"l'anima dei suoni" is a project that draws inspiration from traditional and contemporary Japanese folk songs and blends them with the sounds and expressions of Western classical music.
The concert harmoniously alternates between ancient and modern styles through a Japanese soloist accompanied by the different tones of the cello and the sanshin (a Japanese three-stringed instrument similar to the shamisen).
